Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with IBAADII. We are committed to delivering your orders transparently and efficiently.

1. Order Processing Time

  • UK Stock & Custom / In-House Items: Processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Partner / Sourced Inventory: Processed within 2 to 4 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

2. Multi-Warehouse Fulfillment & Split Deliveries

To provide both fast dispatch on core items and a diverse catalogue of products, we fulfill orders from multiple locations:

  • Domestic Inventory: Dispatched directly from our UK hub.

  • Specialized Inventory: Dispatched directly from our vetted partner manufacturing and fulfillment centres.

Split Shipments: If your order contains items from different fulfillment locations, your products may arrive in separate packages with distinct tracking numbers at no extra shipping cost to you.

3. Estimated Delivery Times & Rates

Shipping fees are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the dispatch date, not the order placement date. Unforeseen carrier bottlenecks, seasonal surges, or customs clearance delays are outside our direct control.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once each item or package is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s) and a link to trace the parcel.

  • Please allow 24 to 48 hours for carrier tracking systems to register initial checkpoint scans.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • UK Deliveries: All orders delivered within the United Kingdom include all applicable VAT/import fees upfront; there are no hidden clearance fees upon delivery.

  • International Shipments: Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to import duties, local taxes, or customs inspection fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for covering these fees if assessed.

6. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

  • Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping details prior to completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@ibaadii.com. Once a parcel has entered the carrier network, address corrections can no longer be made.

  • Damaged or Lost Packages: If a parcel arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and notify us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photographs. For tracking that shows delivered but cannot be located, contact our team so we can open a formal trace with the carrier.
